Join Les Dames d'Escoffier Palm Springs for a Festive Foodie Fundraiser
Monday, November 14 from 5 to 8 p.m.
at PIRCH in Rancho Mirage 
for our First Annual
​Bites and Sips for Scholarships 

​Festivities will include an educational food demo by Chef Andrew Copley and will feature local restaurants, craft breweries,
spirits vendors, and boutique wineries offering bites of their food and sips of their beverages
all to raise money for culinary scholarships for Coachella Valley women.

​Participating restaurants to date include Sherman’s Deli, Zin American Bistro, Go Deli Market and Il Giardino, all of which are owned by Les Dames d’Escoffier Palm Springs members. We are also featuring some of our other professional members, private chefs’ and caterers’ savory and dessert delicacies.

Beer, wine and cocktail vendors showcasing tastings will include Babe’s Brewery, Coachella Valley Brewing Co,
SoCal Wineries from nearby Santa Barbara to Paso Robles, BAR 41 Cocktails, and Crater Lake Vodka from Oregon.

L’Affaire Chocolat is an elegant traditional afternoon tea featuring our piece de resistance: Les Dames’ famous 25-foot chocolate dessert buffet with a fabulous live auction and exciting raffle prizes all benefiting culinary and hospitality scholarships for local women.

Les Dames d'Escoffier Spring Farm Tour

  Join us for an in-depth educational tour of Coachella Valley farms on Monday, April 18th 2016.  

Relax on our luxury bus and enjoy the narrated tour and buffet lunch at Shields Garden Cafe.  

​Cost is $80 per person with proceeds going towards the LDEI PS Scholarship Fund.
