Each year, L’Affaire Chocolat takes a different theme from an elegant tea-time afternoon to an exciting dinner-murder-theatre event with silent auctions all benefiting Les Dames d’Escoffier, Palm Springs Chapter’s culinary and hospitality scholarships for local women.
