Prospective members should contact thePalm Springs chapter to inquire about membership. Prospective members will be asked to complete an application form and submit one letter of recommendation from a current member of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
All members are expected to support the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission, Vision and Values and abide by the organization’s Code of Ethics.

LDEI hosts an Annual Conference each fall in a different city, to which all members are invited. Conference is an excellent opportunity for education and inspiration, and of course, an ideal way to meet members from chapters all over the globe.
