Monday, November 14 from 5 to 8 p.m.
at PIRCH in Rancho Mirage
Bites and Sips for Scholarships
Festivities will include an educational food demo by Chef Andrew Copley and will feature local restaurants, craft breweries,
spirits vendors, and boutique wineries offering bites of their food and sips of their beverages
all to raise money for culinary scholarships for Coachella Valley women.
Participating restaurants to date include:
Sherman’s Deli, Zin American Bistro, Go Deli Market, La Spiga, Bernie's, Rio Azul and Il Giardino, all of which are owned by Les Dames d’Escoffier Palm Springs members. We are also featuring savory and dessert delicacies prepared by our LDEI PS professional members, private chefs and caterers.
Beer, wine and cocktail vendors showcasing tastings will include Babe’s Brewery, Coachella Valley Brewing Co,
SoCal Wineries from nearby Santa Barbara to Paso Robles, BAR 41 Cocktails, and Crater Lake Vodka from Oregon.
A grand prize drawing of an “Exclusive Culinary Feast for 10 Guests” is one of the highlights of the evening.
There will also be silent auction items and an opportunity drawing. Winners must be present to win.

Sunday, February 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.
This year, L’Affaire Chocolat was an elegant tea-time afternoon with fabulous live auction and exciting raffle prizes, all benefiting Les Dames d’Escoffier, Palm Springs Chapter’s culinary and hospitality scholarships for local women.
